Hi, I am doing my first grooms cake with the chocolate ganache drizzled down the sides, does anyone have any advise or tips for doing this? Thanks in advance

If you want it on the top AND drizzled down the side, then pour the ganache into the middle of the top and use your spatula to move the ganache toward the edge until if falls over/drips off.
If you only want the drips on the side, then put the ganache into a spoon and pour slowly and carefully right ant the edge of the cake, moving the spoon around the cake as you have drips.
