I made a batch of marshmallow fondant two weeks ago just to try something. I put the rest of the fondant in the freezer. Was that a mistake? I haven't taken it out yet but I thought I have been reading not to freeze MMF.

I think the answer to this is No. fondant isnt made to be froze supposedly. Because even if its on a cake and froze as the fondant defrosts and comes to room temperature condensation builds up and it can and probably will effect the color and consistency etc....
