I'm the secretary of a fairly new cake club which has kinda been dropped on my laps. I really want to keep it going but don't know how to run a cake club. How can I grow this club and keep it interesting? And most important of all how do I keep it drama free? Any advice or suggestions please!!

make sure your members have a way to communicate online about the club and for supporting other members. facebook is nice since a lot of people use it anyway. that way any last minute info (e.g. meeting location changes) can be communicated and people can actively participate with the club on their own time.
