www.thecrumbcoat.wordpress.com I made this cake for my little guy's 4th birthday. The hat is cake covered in mmf, ears are modeling chocolate, bubbles and wood panels are also mmf.

Love this idea. I have a cake for my two year old next week, and I want to do the ear hat, but we don't really eat fondant. How do you make sure the modeling chocolate stays stiff?
