True to his word!

Well true to his word (Heath) I got my refund for the magazine. I thank you Heath for the promptness after the intitial discussion. Hopefully in the future you will be able to have a printed magazine again. The pictures were lovely and very artistic.

Cake Central responded to the Attorney General and issued me a refund check. Thank you. icon_smile.gif

I still have not received my refund.  I've sent several emails to them and have not heard 1 single response.  How did you go about getting your refund?

I'd like to know too.  I've sent a few e-mails and left a phone message to no avail.  Pretty sad that "muffyk" had to contact an Attorney General to get their refund back.  I may follow suit, along with contacting the Better Business Bureau.  I'd really rather not.  I love this site, just don't want the digital magazine.  I like having the magazine in my hand.
