Used the Decorator's Cream Cheese Buttercream recipe, and while it's yummy, it's very soft. I have iced my cake, but I just put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes before I smooth it (Sugarshack method). Will this cause me any problems? I plan to refrigerate it for a good while before I add fondant accents. Any other advice?
