Has anyone ever made a Louis Vuitton Purse Cake? I have a client that wants one, and I have never done a purse cake before. She is willing to take my practice cake. The cake not have fondant. I have seen some cakes like this, and am pretty sure that I can do it with careful planning. My question is.....how much should I charge for this type of cake. I use the cake matrix, but am still unsure of the pricing for this style.
She has gotten cakes from me before, and several of them have been practice cakes. I want to be fair, but I don't want to short change myself either.

The one she wants is the Manhattan GM Purse Cake, if that helps
