Do you guys charge a delivery fee for your cakes? Or a fee to stick around and cut and serve it? If so how much?

I charge $1/mile round trip for delivery. Normally the venue will have someone to cut the cake. Otherwise, it's up to the customer to have someone to do it - - I don't cut cake. If I'm an invited guest at the event, I still don't cut cake.

I have a standard local delivery fee. I personally build my setup into the cake price. My daughters work for me as attendants. This includes setup of buffets, refilling, cutting the cake, maintaining the punch bowl, and tear down. I charge $25/hr for each attendant and give it all to them. But this seems to be a good rate. It's not a skilled job, so that's a very fair wage.
