Wondering what the typical rental rate is to rent a kitchen

Hi! I am negotiating with a bakery to use their kitchen once a month for now. I have no idea how much is average, Im in Connecticut. She is going to give me an hourly rate and a monthly rate.
Any feedback would be great!

The ads I've seen in Baltimore are $25-35 an hour.

In my experience rates range from $10-30/hour depending on location, amenities, and whether you prepay or purchase hours in bulk.

We are in NC and have been looking into the same thing. The rates posted are pretty much what we have run into as well and several kitchens wanted to charge a flat monthly fee for a minimum number of hours....whether you used it or not that month! That is certainly not cost effective when just starting out like we are! The kitchen we would up going with was the most expensive but it is on and as need basis at a catering company that is owned by 2 sisters. AND they contract out their cakes!! This could be a huge business opportunity for us as well....they do all the weddings for 2 venues here in the Charlotte area in addition to the rest of their customer base!

in So Cal it's $20-25/hour. Cheaper on off hours (6pm to 6am) and weekends, but need to have a minimum per week for that price. Think the lowest it goes down to is $15/hour if you're in there a lot and it's off hours.
