I have often packaged up fondant cupcakes to post when working at various bakeries, and now still get enquiries about posting outside of London for private orders. Though I know how to package them up to keep them as safe as possible, and I know that the companies I work for use couriers, I just wanted to know how (or if) you guys send your cakes by mail.

Do you use couriers, or do you use standard post/ special delivery? How does it work for you?

I'm really keen to start posting cakes I can't deliver myself but if I can avoid having to wait in all day for a collection from a courier that would be great.

If you do use couriers and you're UK based, who do you use?
