I have been asked to make 250 mini cupcakes and a small cake (to keep for 1st anniversary). There are 3 different flavors for the cupcakes. And the cupcakes & cake are all decorated with the buttercream rosettes. It is to be delivered and set up as well. What is an acceptable price to ask? (Not sure the difference in pricing between reg. & minis but there is still 250 rosettes to pipe on plus the cake)

I am not trying to be rude, but questions like these are asking multiple times a day and no body likes repeating themselves. If you google "cake pricing cakecentral" it should come up with a few good threads for you!

I did just look at your pictures and you do beautiful work. You also seem experienced. If you have a more specific question about how to price then we can be more helpful. But general pricing is repeated on threads all the time.

Bridgette is right. You price the same way you price anything else... time and materials with consideration to market pricing. No one can answer that for you.
