My wonderful Husband decided today to make my MMF for my order this weekend. I always make it with 16oz mini marshmallows, 2tbs water, and 2lbs powder sugar. Well he decided since he could only find a 10oz bag of mini marshmallows he would put a 7oz jar of marshmallow cream in with it, the rest of the ingreadence the same. I have never made MMF with marshmallow cream and I am afraid that it will make it too soft to work with. I was trying to avoid rolling it all out and discovering that it wont work. Does anyone know if this will have a big effect on the consistancy of the MMF?

It may be too soft. However, you should be able to salvage it by adding more powdered sugar. I have, in desperation, added marshmallow fluff to MMF and it softened it a lot. I fixed it with more powdered sugar.
