Is there anyone who has used the shortening without the trans fat, how did your icing turn out and how did it taste? My high ratio shortening will not get here in time for me to do my cake. So was just wondering those who used the shortening how it tasted and turned out. TIA!!!

When I don't have the high ratio, I use the Albertsons brand vegetable shortening. It seems to have the closest consistency and flavor to BC with high ratio. Not bad, but not quite the same.
