So, this goes out to anyone who'd like to answer, but for people that actually sell their cupcakes. I have sold cupcakes (chocolate/vanilla/basic types) at vendor events before...but really enjoy making cupcakes with interesting fillings...like a butterfinger cupcake, or apple pie..something besides chocolate/vanilla. Do these types sell well? I would think these would end up being more expensive to make than simple flavors, hence charging more..are people willing to pay more for 'special flavors'? Also, when you offer your flavor list, would you put these all down? Or just list your basics? Just some questions if anyone would like to answer that would be great! It'll help me know what path I should take!

Vanilla and chocolate are my least selling cupcakes. My customers seem to love the more "gourmet" flavors. They are more expensive to make so I do charge more than I do for the plain flavors.
