I have a small cake pan from Wilton. It's about the size of the small birthday cakes that you can get from like walmart to go with your kids first birthday.. Does anyone know where I can find a picture or the directions to that? I want to know how much batter I need to use and I can't find it on the Wilton website..

Thanks for any help!

The 6 inch pan takes two cups of batter and bake at 350

You are welcome! They have one for wedding cakes as well (2" deep) and for both wedding and party 3" deep.

Which chart should I be following the wedding cake servings chart or the party chart for the amount of servings? I don't do wedding cakes and I mainly use 2" pans.

Now lets say for an example I made a wedding cake, same size cake pan as I would a party cake. What makes them different? If I use the party size chart wouldn't I loose profit on the per serving amount? (not to get into pricing) I understand the average person does not cut cake like a caterer would. I would like to understand the concept behind this.

That chart is the party servings chart, there is another chart for wedding servings. There's no pricing on either of those charts, the pricing being referred to here is that the party chart has less servings for the same size cake, so if you go by the party servings chart, you're losing money.

I use the wedding servings all the time. My tiers are between 5 and 6 inches high and small slices are always enough.

Here's the wedding chart with industry standard 1x2x4 (8 cu. in.) serving sizes:
