I am thinking about doing a online business. How do these online bakery ship cupcakes & cheese cakes. They say they are frozen when shipped. So here are my questions below:

1. How do you freeze them (For how long before shipping)?
2. How do you package such an item so that it would arrive in tack?
3. How does that taste once it has thawed out?

I don't know about the cupcakes, but cheesecakes are normally shipped frozen. I believe that they normally come in the containers with dry ice. They taste perfectly fine when defrosted.
