What size cakes do you make (and how many different flavors) for a tasting? I have only done one official tasting so far, (most of my orders come from word-of-mouth and they do not ask for a tasting first). I made two flavors and they were tiny little individual cakes, maybe twice the size of a cupcake. The clients seemed happy, but I wondered if this was standard or if I should be doing something more.
