It's Friday night and I have no plans so let's have a little fun.

How long does it take you to make an 8" cake?

Start from the minute you start measuring your ingredients and stop when it's done decorating. I realize your typical 8" may differ from the next persons, but explain what it looks like usually... like only BC, fondant accenting or all fondant with detail, etc.

This might be more complicated than it sounds but I'm curious icon_wink.gif

There would be down time as the cake bakes, cools, and is ready to go on to decorating. Do you really want that included?
