Thomas the Train cake -help!

Hello all, I ordered the Debbie Brown book to make a Thomas cake for a birthday this weekend and it hasn't arrived! I've seen the Blogspot tutorial, but I'd really like to do the fondant covered one from the book...and of course, my library doesn't have this book. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

I have tried my local library and nothing! Even went to several Chapters bookstores looking for it and nothing! I need to make it for next weekend and would really love to see Debbie's instructions.

I followed the blogspot tutorial to make my son's and also looked at this pic (b/c she used fondant and ganache). Good luck!
