Hello Fellow Cake Decorators and Bakers I wanted to know if I were to use a pre-made Raspberry Cake Filling and folded in Heavy Whipping Cream would this create a Raspberry Mousse Filling for me or would I need to add other products into the mix?

That would be an acceptable raspberry mousse- I do the same thing only using Bettercrem instead of whipping cream. I will add a bit of raspberry extract/flavoring to up the raspberry flavor.
