I am wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to freeze cream cheese mints without having a problem with them afterwards. I will need to make several hundred of these little gems and it would certainly help if they could be frozen. Thanks so much.

I have never made them, but my mom did alot while I was a child. She always froze them. I remember because they were my favorite and I would sneak them all the time. icon_smile.gif

Yes, they freeze well. Just be sure to leave them wrapped until they come to room temp once out of the freezer, so any condensation will be on the outer packaging rather than on the mints.
