Quick Question About Edible Image On Fondant....

I am wanting to put an edible image on fondant. 1.) how do I get the image to stick on the fondant? just lay it on there? 2.) After I lay the image I need to cut it into the shape on my template. Will this mess up the edible image? Any help would be great!

I'm wondering the same thing myself! I just printed out edible photos, but need to put them on white fondant. And then I'm not sure if I should do it right away, or just before putting on the cake?
