Cake recipe made form scratch

Hello everyone,
I have been in the business for only few months now. Everyone loved the WASC cake, with either vanilla or chocolate flavor... I really would like to see if there are any nice recipes, you could use for customers, a fluffy and moist one, but not using any kind of mixes!!icon_smile.gif
