Me again...

I have a wedding cake with some gp flowers for early March. My question is this: I have a perishable filling and will need to keep the cake refrigerated, so....will the dried gp flowers become soft if I refrigerate them on the cake?

TIA!

If they are dry and the cake is not iced in something with a lot of water content you should be fine in a home style refrigerator. A commercial fridge has wet air and will melt the flowers.
