I received notification that the magazine was going digital and sent a message to the last address given for questions. I wanted to wait until the 3rd computer version before deciding what to do. I subscribed with the very first edition and loved the magazine, waited eagerly for each and every edition and was satisfied with my $60 spent even though I just do cakes as a hobby. However, I have not been able to view the last two copies on the computer and decided I just didn't know enough to open them. So, this past Thursday I asked my husband to help me. After two tries we got a message that we had tried too many times. I am very disappointed that I won't have a magazine to hold in my hands but I was willing to try this 3rd volume. But, since my e-mail was not delivered, I tried the address for cancelling the subscription and it went through. So I guess I'll just wait for the refund and try to find another magazine that I can enjoy looking at while riding in the car. I don't have anything but a desk computer and can't afford to buy anything else at this time. So, I'll enjoy the website and appreciate all you great decorators. Thanks for trying Jackie and Heath. Hope it goes better for others.

Problem with web address

I too submitted my information to get a refund but then got an email saying it was undeliverable. So that link for me is bad. I was able to see the digital versions but I think paying 60.00 for digital magazine is preposterous. I sent a pm to Heath about the link also so I will see what happens. Still frustrated with the whole process. I think they should just refund everyones money and then start over with a new format with those that want to stick with the digital issues.
