Just received the latest copy of Modern Baking trade magazine. Full page ad states, "Introducing Duncan Hines Professional Cake Mix, now in 50 lb. package."
You can only buy it from Bakemark (a national distributor) but they have locations in most major metro areas and allow cash & carry if you pick up.

Hi,
I just found this online http://www.duncanhines.com/professional
Hope it helps
Yes, that's the website in the ad.
I got an email from a distributor that is closest to me, he said that a sales person would contact me shortly, well I am still waiting! ticktockticktock I am going to email them back and see what they say...I will keep you posted.
They called me back, but I do not have a tax id so they refered me to a local cake shop that can order. It is more expensive than dawn, which is $84 for 50 pounds. They did not have any exact price, just more than dawn.
Does anyone have experience using Duncan Hines professional and adding instant vanilla pudding to it? I would be curious to your ratios
Addison0306, that was my first thought, as well! Why bother to buy in 50 pound quantities, if it is cheaper by the box in the grocery store?
