My friend found this cake on the internet and wants me to make one for her son's ice cream birthday party (in blue). She wants the "ice cream" to be brown, but not chocolate. What should I use to make it look like ice cream. Not only the scoop part but the melted part too? Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

I would use Rice crispy treats as the ice cream covered in Brown Buttercream and then use melted brown fondant as the other part.

Could you color vanilla candy melts?

Hi,

I too would use RKT to make the scoop cover in brown buttercream and maybe use ganache to get the melted ice cream look down the cake sides.
