I'm doing my first show next weekend and playing around with ruffles on my tiers, both in buttercream, and in fondant. Not sure which i'm leaning to but in my area, buttercream is more preferred, so i'm leaning towards that. However, i played around with ruffles going up using tip 104 but also, going down and i like them both directions.... What's the trend these days for bridal? Which way should i do my dummy cake?
