My niece sent me this picture of what looks to be a super simple cake she wants for her birthday. I'd like to surprise her with it but I have no idea what tip or technique is used to make the dress. I mean I've made plenty of doll cakes before but again I have no idea if this one is fondant or butter cream and how to achieve this particular design. If anyone out there has any idea or knows of a tutorial on this please help me! Thanks in advance.
