Has to be someone at Disney as anything Mickey is restricted by patents............. (copyright laws).

It should be Disney, probably Disney... but there are plenty of people out there willing to break the rules. Or maybe they made that cake to give to a family member (or is that still breaking the rules? I'm not sure on that point). I couldn't figure a name to put with the cake though from the looks of it.
