vendor fair

Yesterday i found out that there will be a vendor fair at the end of march. I am very intersted in joining because it goes to benefit the ms society. My question is, is a vendor fair similar to a bridal show? We are allowed to sell items there but i am just not sure if i should sell say cupcakes or just sample cake out. Any insights are appreciated. TIA

Have never heard of a 'vendor' show. My thought reading your post was it's a bridal fair.
Find out who has participated before or who has already signed up and talk to them. The organizers of the show should be willing to share that info with you.
