Hi,
i just found out that a cupcake set that i made n sold was kinda a disaster...
usually once i made them and hand them over to the customer, I never knew how it became once it arrives on the event's venue...
On this particular case, it was CnY and one of my relative ordered few sets of CnY cupcakes.
They were done, and few hours later i handed them to her. It traveled with her about 200KM away from my place in boxes, and like 2 days later on the event's date i was invited there.. And i was kinda disappointed with myself that the decoration i made was a disaster n since there were lots of others looking at my work too.
The most disappointing one is the one in the photo. the photo was taken once i finished making them. 2 days and 200KM away later.... that dragon was asleep lying on his belly facing down...
it was so bad taking a picture didn't even cross my mind...
i have been doing cupcake decorating for a while now, and now i am worried with the other orders i had and future orders. does that happens to anyone else? is there any advice you can give me?
i did put a spaghetti support inside, also i have read that some uses some kind of fondant hardener though i didn't (i don't like too put too much stuffs into my foods, let alone the massive amount of the food coloring already in it)
so there's it, if there's any advice i'll be truly grateful n thankful~!!
Thanks!
