Hi,
I want to put rock candies into a mold and put the shape on a swizzle stick. Is this possible? What would "glue" the rock candy together in the mold?? Any suggestions would be very helpful!
Thanks

I don't quite understand what you want. Do you really want the crystals of the rock candy or do you want hard candy in a shape? Or do you mean to restrict the formation of the crystals so that they will grow uniformly on a stick?

What I had hoped to achieve probably isn't possible. I wanted to take the crystals (already grown) and put them into a mold and get them to stick together, then put that on a stick. I opted to mold water and organic sugar instead - worked well for my needs....
