Hi does anyone have any idea how many portions you can get from a sponge cake made in the wilton 3D bear tin. I found somwhere that the instructions say 10 - 12 (i cannot find this on my instructions) but i think this is way to little and the portions would be huge as its is a fairly big cake.

I would say 12 to 15, but more because of the shape of it. You won't be able to get perfect 1x2 servings. I'd say you may be able to stretch it to 18 to 20, but I'd go little on this.
