Another day gone

Well another day has passed and still no response regarding the magazine I paid for over a year ago. I guess I'll just keep putting up posts and maybe I'll get someone's attention.

Hi there!

I had a problem with my subscription a while back too, but CC didn't hesitate in giving me a refund when I asked for it. I think you just have to put it in the right forum. I believe it's under the Cake Central Magazine under subscriptions. It was a while ago, so I honestly don't remember, but I'll try to look for it.

Thanks, but I have done that many times, also called cc directly had to leave a message and still no answer. I really don't k ow what to do anymore.

If you haven't heard back from CC you can call your credit card company and dispute the charges if you paid for the subscription and it wasn't delivered.

Not speaking from personal experience but I believe some people posted (althought those threads have been locked or deleted) that they complained to the Better Business Bureau and that got them a response.
Tact is telling someone where to go so nicely they can't wait to take the trip!
