My Amazing Mother in law has blessed me with a few $$$ to purchase an edible printer and airbrush machine for my cakes....
I want to know what everyone here is using???

I also have never airbrushed before but am DYING to start, what is a GOOD machine to use for a beginner?

We work only with the Canon printers. I recommend the Canon MG5220 as it appears to be the best overall printing for most decorators. IT has a removable printhead and works with our Sponge Free Cartridges. The advantage of those cartridges over sponged is you get more ink per print and because there is no alcohol in the inks (since there is no sponge) we have very little printhead burn out. The cartridges are refillable directly in the printer which makes life much easier and less messy!

As for the airbrush. We do not sell them and I do not use them. But I have some well known decorating friends who recommend the Badger airbrush. CMSA Chef MIke Terry teaches with it and raves about the price and quality.
