Hi I am going to be strting a home based cupcake business...in the early stages. I just wanted advice on whether I should pursue a sole proprietoship or a corporation?

The way I understand it, being a corporation protects your personal assets they way a solprop doesn't do. That's the reason I switched from a SP to LLC.
