Hello....I am looking for a receipe for a rich chocolate icing that I can get really smooth. I normally use Sugar Shack's recipe. Does anyone know if there is a variation to Sugar Shack's recipe to make it chocolate? Any other suggestions that have worked well for others would be appreciated. TIA

Sharon,

Thanks for the link, very helpful. Just one question though, you list shortening, if this regular shortening as Crisco or high ratio like Sweetex?
