How much melted white chocolate would I add to the WASC cake to make it a white chocolate cake. Also, at what point would I add it and how would I melt it?
Thanks,
Molly

Here is one of the two main WASC recipes and she has variations, including white chocolate at the bottom.

FYI, when I made this the cake does not rise near as much when you add the melted white chocolate to it.

Couldn't you use a white chocolate pudding mix?

In the recipes section there's a White Velvet Cake recipe. Mild chocolate flavor but very tasty. The recipe calls for white chocolate pudding mix and mocha coffee creamer.

I think the Cake Doctor book has a recipe that uses white chocolate as well.
