so here it is past the end of the week....

So Heath...you said by the end of the week there would be a letter sent out in an email stating what the publishing schedule would be for the magazine. Well it is now late Sunday night and no email. What is up with that? Why do we not have the magazine that was promised in January? Who do I need to talk to in order to just get my money back? I am sorry but this is totally unacceptable and I for one am no longer holding my breath on getting a magazine in a timely manner. Please let me know who to talk to in regards to getting my money refunded.

I totally agree with you!!! I ordered 24 magazines last year at a cake competition.... Well almost a year. It will be a year the 25 of next month..... And I have recieved nothing. I have complained and received emails promising that a printed edition will come in janurary and then they get me with a digital version. I have even told them that since I have received nothing, then just return the money I spent because of course they decucted that the say I bought the magazine...... And again I get an email saying they are sorry and that because I paid for 24 magazines that now I get the magazines for 4 years..... And hen they send me another digital copy....... So through his I can say I am really disappointed in them..... If any feels this way we should ban together.... I am sure we can do something legally......

I am getting so angry. No one has responded to my emails. I called cc and had to leave a meaasge. Guess what??? No one returned my call. I don't think I should pay $60.00 over a year ago and get treated as if I didn't exist. Just return my money and have the decency to respond to my emails and phone calls.

If you paid for the magazines by credit card contact your credit company and see if you can dispute the charge. Then the credit card company can deal with trying to contact CC.

Well many times credit cards have a limited amount of time that you can dispute a claim.
I just think this is theft on the part of Cake Central Magazine. I wouldn't gripe as much if they would answer the questions and keep people informed. They probably no longer have the money that people have given for the magazines to begin with so therefore cannot return said money.

You either have the magazine or not and you either return the money or give us the dang magazine. SIMPLE ENOUGH!

I agree with you all. I will be contacting my cc company tomorrow to dispute this charge. I say report them to the BBB and contact the attorney general for where they are located.
