To Use Royal or BC??

I'm doing my first Damask, and largest thus far (5 tiers), wedding cake in just a few weeks, and from all that I've seen I'm wondering if I should hand pipe in BC or Royal? I probably won't have a vehicle big enough to deliver the cake stacked, so I will be putting the top two layers on on site. So I'm a little worried about mussing my piping. And I'm hand piping rather than stenciling because I've never used the stencils and they are so expensive unless you are using them often. So wishing I had the Cricut!! lol

There certainly pros and cons to either.
A lot depends on your likes. I prefer bc. I seldom use royal and any leftover would go to waste icon_sad.gif It also can break/crack off if not just the proper consistency.
If u have a good air-drying bc there is less chance of messing up ur piping. You have some time to give a test run on something to see how each would handle.
