Need Advice,just Recieved Frozen Gumpaste And Fondant

icon_cry.gif I just recieved a shipment from Goldas Kitchen in Ontario, Canada and it is frozen and I ordered alot. Is it going to be ok to use? Will it be the same to work with? OMG I don't know what to do.I informed them at Goldas but haven't heard back yet,it really just got here.Please,does anyone know?? Thanks in advance for any info you can offer.

They replied and said my fondant would be just fine and maybe I have to dd some glycerin to it.I ordered $160 worth so I sure hope they are right.I am not happy about it at all but guess I am stuck with it.If this has happened to anybody else,please tell me if you had any problems with it.The brand is satin ice btw.

I freeze my fondant and use it later. I have had no problems. I didn't add anything to mine.

1) You ordered product from Canada in the winter. You can bet your happy butt it's gonna be frozen! icon_smile.gif

2) It will be completely fine.
