I have started entering recipes and prices into the master ingredients list, however I cant located where/how I enter in prices of cake boards, boxes, fondant etc.

Can someone kindly direct me please?

Go to your Dashboard, it is the second icon from the left at the bottom of the window. It is called Master Materials. When you click on it, the Materials window opens, click the Add button, the Material Edit window opens, this is where you add things like cake boards, boxes and fondant. HTH
