I found a white chocolate buttercream recipe here on CC using white choc., butter, heavy cream and powder sugar. Does anyone know if it can be refrigerated or needs to be refrigerated? I am making my daughters bday cake this weekend and prefer to keep in the refrigerator because sometimes I have problems with ants.
