I've only ever found black candy melts made by Wilton around Halloween.

You can try using the very dark chocolate and adding in some powdered black food color. The black color is very drying, so you'll likely need to add paramount crystals--a lot.

I've had very good luck with Americolor black candy color gel. I've added it to brown with excellent results, but most of my black candy is all my scrap pieces melted together, then fortified with the black gel color. It HAS to be OIL-BASED CANDY color - NOT water-based icing color.
