I like this idea of using little nut cups to bake cupcakes in them http://www.flickr.com/photos/ratukek/3299761367/in/set-72157618695844203
my question is how easy it is to eat the cupcake out of it...since they are not as flexible as cupcake paper to peel off....any ideas?

How about using tasting spoons with them like below.

I know a lot of bakers nick the top rolled edge with a knife/small scissors before baking. Then the whole case can be peeled off before eating.

Good luck, let us know how it works out for you, I love the look, pondered doing it myself, but have no experimentation time. thumbs_up.gif
