I have a client who would like me to use Betty Crocker Vanilla for the filling between layers and then I would Ganache & Fondant just wondering if anyone has tried this thank you guys icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

What is BC vanilla? Is actually vanilla extract? Can't say as I have ever hear of it.

Are you talking about Betty Crocker canned vanilla icing? I hope not...

Ditto. If that's what you mean, I wouldn't use it if I were you. Tell your client that you use your own vanilla icing.
