Help Please,, Need Strawberry Thick Fililing For Hearts

my church is making heart this year, filled with peanut butter and they want to make strawberry filling too....but we cant find one that will last a couple weeks, and not break down, but not be quite as think as peanut butter filling,, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.....

why not make homemade marshmallow in strawberry flavor,,,cut with heart cookie cutters and dip in chocolate?
