Help! I need help making a stencil!

Hello CC!

I am trying to make a cookie similar to this one (http://www.flickr.com/photos/erice/55649944/) the white sox cookie and I can't for the life of me make the stencil. The "o" always comes out. If I google "White Sox Cookie" I see that it can be done because I refuse to believe that someone hand pipes those. Can it be done? Can you help me? I don't like edible images and I don't want to hand pipe each one.

Those don't look uniform enough to be a stencil. IMO (look at the "s"'s)
