Hi

On my bear cake pops (in my album) I used Minstrels, stuck on with chocolate after dipping & on my Minnie Mouse cake pops I use giant chocolate buttons stuck on with chocolate & let it harden well before I dip them. For the dipped ones you could use smarties or any round sweet really. The undipped ones look to me like they have been made out of marzipan and stuck on.

HTH

I cant remember if M&Ms have the logo on them anymore so if they do, I would go with Reeses pieces
